Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before using ukraine-express.com ("the Site") operated by Ukraine Express Inc ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at ukraine-express.com.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Ukraine Express Inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Refunds and Payments
All payments made to Ukraine Express for shipping, forwarding, handling, storage, repacking, consolidation, customs-related services, or other services provided through the Site are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Payments made to add funds or credit to a customer's account are also final and non-refundable. Account balances may be used only to pay for eligible services provided by Ukraine Express and are not redeemable for cash, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Once a service has been ordered, initiated, or performed, the applicable payment or charge is not eligible for cancellation or refund. This includes, without limitation, international shipping charges, handling fees, storage fees, repacking fees, consolidation fees, customs-related charges, and other service fees.

Shipping charges and other service fees may be calculated based on the information available at the time the shipment is processed. If the final cost of a service differs from an initially estimated or displayed amount, the customer's account may be charged or credited for the applicable difference.

Ukraine Express is not responsible for refunds resulting from a customer's change of mind, failure to use a purchased service, failure to provide required information or documentation, refusal or inability to accept a shipment, or failure to comply with applicable shipping, customs, or service requirements.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, refused by customs or a carrier, or otherwise cannot be delivered for reasons outside the control of Ukraine Express, the payments already made for services performed or costs incurred by Ukraine Express are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If Ukraine Express determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund or account credit is appropriate, any such refund or credit does not establish an obligation to provide refunds or credits in similar circumstances in the future.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.

Ukraine Express Inc has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
